Promotions for the artist of today have changed drastically and while the price tag in some areas has gone down, it is still going to cost you something and it is crucial to connect with a promoter that has a clear pulse of the what is happening today. Not to mention, that they have to know exactly how to do it. There are still print ads and there are still other mediums, but online SEO and SMO are two of the most practical, more affordable and most effective to get what ever it is, out there to the widest and sometimes most direct audiences. Remember, it is about being intelligent, it is about being resourceful and it is about developing a name, a brand and a sale. Anyone can wash the internet with promotional products and get tens of thousands of likes, but if those do not translate in to a percentage of sales, then it just isn&#8217;t working.
